note: Openapoc doesn't actually restrict you to set colour pallets BUT if your trying to do something that's going to blend in well with the original game, then you may want to force yourself to use them. I made the below in Asprite by importing all the original game sprites

My Blender files - work in progress
Due to size restrictions on this FREE website, the below is an older copy of my test file before i fixed the missing file world lighting file, thus the pink shadows. i will upload my current version once i strip all the resources files out of it so i can keep it under the required size limits.
